Russell runs on the river and reliable heat.

Russell is a small town along the Westfield River where Route 20 starts its climb toward the Berkshires. The town has a mix of older village homes near the center and more rural properties up on the surrounding hills.

Flooding from the Westfield River has been a recurring issue, and that moisture affects HVAC systems in ways people don't always think about. Water-damaged equipment, corroded ductwork, and mold in the system are problems our contractors have dealt with many times in this area.

Russell is close enough to Westfield for quick service calls but far enough away that some companies don't bother. Ours do. They include Russell in their regular route through the western Hampden County towns.
